Sometimes we need a little extra information from you to establish exactly what wheel you require. This page should help explain some of the measurements we need.

The majority of wheels will have part number stamped onto them, which 9 times out of 10, we will have stored in our database.

When this isn’t the case, we may need some measurements taken.

Whilst the edges of the holes will very be slightly chamfered to
eliminate the sharpness, this does not constitute a countersink
Countersink Details  

A) Conical countersinks (60°, 80°, or 90°)

A° = the angle at which the flat taper has been machined
d = the diameter of the stud hole
D = the diameter at the top of the countersink

B) Spherical countersinks (R12, R14, R16, R18 or R22)

R = the radius at which the taper has been machined
d = the diameter of the stud hole
D = the diameter at the top of the countersink

Offset Measurement
Single



Ideally, both the front (A) and back (B) measurements will
tell us exactly what offset you require however, either one
of these measurements will be fine.

Twin Type



Measure the overall height of the wheel including the dish
nave. With that measurement we can work out the offset/
half dual spacing (HDS)
